Welcome to NaijaCloud Hosting. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Services
Demo Reseller provides domain registration, web hosting, email hosting, and related digital services to individuals and businesses in Nigeria and internationally. All services are delivered through our online platform at naijacloud.ng.
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at billing@naijacloud.ng if you suspect any unauthorised use.
3. Payment Terms
All services are prepaid in full before activation. Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any applicable taxes. Invoices are due immediately on issue. Late payment may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period, and termination after 30 days.
We accept payment via Paystack, Flutterwave, BudPay, bank transfer, and other gateways listed on our checkout page. No dollar card or foreign currency is required.
4. Domain Registration
Demo Reseller is a NIRA-accredited domain registrar. All .ng domain registrations are governed by NIRA's registration policies in addition to these Terms. Domain registrations are non-refundable once submitted to the registry. You are responsible for providing accurate WHOIS information as required by NIRA.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Host, distribute or transmit illegal content under Nigerian or international law
- Send unsolicited email (spam) or conduct phishing activities
- Violate the intellectual property rights of any party
- Conduct DDoS attacks or other harmful network activities
- Mine cryptocurrency or run resource-intensive scripts without prior written approval
Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
6. Uptime and Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for all shared hosting services. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. Our full Service Level Agreement is available at ztechhost.com/legal/sla.
7. Data Protection (NDPR)
We process your personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Demo Reseller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
